The best philosophy

The best philosophy is aphoristic, edifying and existential. It evokes emotion and moves the reader to action. It enlightens, transforms and gives a spirit of life to the individual.

The worst philosophy is pretension interested in the hypothetical, abstract and banal. Most analytical philosophy is such.

Too many philosophers are philosophers of prestige. They play games of conceptual and argumentative maneuver and love to compare and showcase their intellectual constructions. They are geeks, neglecting the more important matters of philosophy – life, freedom and responsibility.
